Vinayaka Missions Medical College and Hospital (VMMCH) was established in the year 1996 at Karaikal, Puducherry. It is a constituent college of the Vinayaka Missions University. The institute is approved and recognized by MCI and UGC.VMMCH Karaikal offers the MBBS program at the UG level and MS, MD programs across various disciplines at the PG level under highly-qualified faculties. The college campus spread over an area of 70 acres and provides all the facilities for the convenience of its students.

Library - The College has a collection of more than 11,851 books and bound journals in print form to meet the needs of the users. Some of them are very expensive encyclopedias in the field of health & allied sciences which have been procured for the advantage of the medical fraternity
