Step 1: Complete online application

• Visit the graduation application page on the University of Windsor official site
• Register your account on the site
• Read the instructions carefully before starting the application
• Pay the application fee after completing the form.
• After successful submission, you will be received the acknowledgment email
• You have to wait for at least 24hrs to update the information in the electronic Graduate Application System (eGAS)

Step 2: Activate UWin ID

• To activate UWin ID, enter the student name and access code that was received in the email.
• Your account will get activated and login credentials will be sent to email.

Step 3: Upload your documents

• Students must log in to eGAS portal with the UWin account details
• After uploading all required documents, submit the application.

Step 4: Track your application

• Log into eGAS to check the application status
