The Cracow University of Technology was established in 1946 which has been accredited by the Polish Accreditation Committee.
The university consists of 8 faculties in 30 different majors of study with 1,100 academic staff and around 14,000 students. It has received the award of Logo Human Resources Excellence by the European Commission.
Around 80,000 graduates have graduated from the university and now working in private and public corporations, national and international enterprises, government administration and the number of research institutes.

The faculty was founded in 1966 and it was renamed as a Faculty of Chemical Engineering and technology in 1990. It conducts scientific research and development programs in the field of chemical engineering and technology.
The faculty is one of the largest faculty of the university in terms of staff members and students. Around 4000 students study at the faculty for the full-time and part-time program in Civil engineering.
The faculty was founded in 1945 and offers the UG and PG courses for full-time and part-time students. The faculty has obtained the right to confer the doctoral degree in the field of Electrical engineering.
The Cracow University of Technology offers a bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Power Engineering for undergraduate students.
