Kharkiv State Academy of Culture was the first in Ukraine to initiate a program in Library and Information Science (LIS) and then in Cultural Studies.

The student must have completed secondary education (for admission to Bachelor's programs).
Students who want to get admission in a Master’s Programme must have a Bachelor’s Degree.

Step 5: The university will issue an invitation letter.

Step 6: After receiving the invitation letter, the students have to pay the fees and collect the receipt.
