The Gdansk University of Technology is one of the leading technical universities in Poland was founded in 1904. The university was created on account of a State National Council decree issued on May 24, 1945. It offers technical education at 9 faculties including 22 fields of studies and specialization in English.

The faculty was started in 1945 under the cooperation of mechanical engineering offering courses in Electrical and Control engineering. Initially, 250 students were studying at the faculty. In 1996, the Faculty changed it’s name to Electrical and Control Engineering.
Faculty was started in 1952 which consists of 6 departments and offers courses in Electronics and telecommunication systems. After establishment, the faculty has become a renowned telecommunication institute in Poland.
Faculty was founded in 1945 offering courses in civil and environmental engineering. Initially, there were around 347 students who studied at the faculty.
It is one of the largest faculty at Gdansk University of Technology which offers the full-time BSc, MSc, postgraduate and doctoral study programs for the students of mechanical engineering. The faculty deals with the study of power engineering, mechatronics, production engineering, material engineering etc.
The faculty was founded in 1945 offering courses in Ocean Engineering and Ship Technology. The faculty has a highly experienced staff that ensures quality education and research activities in the areas of marine line industries.
